We do not run job boards or collect applications. We hold discreet conversations with professionals in Austria and Germany who are ready for their next step.

Sometimes these conversations lead to offers — the best ones change careers. Not every discussion means a move; often, it's about timing, positioning, or testing market reality.

For clarity: we cannot offer work permit sponsorships.

What to expect

  • Initial conversation (20-30 minutes). Context, mandate, and timeline. No pressure, no script.
  • In-depth conversation (60-90 minutes). Not a CV presentation — we focus on how you evaluate risks, options, and consequences when decisions truly matter.
  • Feedback and next steps. If we continue together, you will know exactly what comes next, when, and why. If not, you'll still leave with clarity.

Our principles

  • Confidentiality first. Your employer will not find out. Your data is shared only with clients you have approved.
  • Transparency. Criteria, participants, and timelines are clear from the start.
  • No candidate fees — ever. Clients retain us; you do not pay.

How to prepare

  • Speak about impact, not duties. Two or three brief examples of decisions, trade-offs, and results — ideally with measurable outcomes.
  • Explain your 'Why now'. A move should fit your success conditions. Better to clarify that early.
  • References. Timing will be agreed together. Your current employer will never be contacted without your consent.
  • Compensation. Share your ranges and limits. We will reflect market reality back to you — without surprises later.

Data & GDPR

  • We collect only the data necessary for a fair process.
  • You may request access, corrections, or deletion of your data at any time.
  • Profiles are never reused without consent.
  • Data is stored in the EU; access is strictly limited.

  • Will my employer find out?. No. We work discreetly. You alone decide when and with whom your data is shared.
  • What if I'm not currently interested?. Tell us what and when would be right for you. We'll note it and only reach out with relevant opportunities.
  • Do you offer sponsorship for work permits?. We cannot provide sponsorship for work permits.
